This is where it all began, learning how to fuel my body the right way through real experience, not guesswork. The ups and downs shaped my understanding of what truly works long-term.
I faced the same confusion, inconsistency, and frustration that many people go through—trying different approaches without lasting results. Those challenges are what pushed me to find a sustainable, realistic way to fuel my body and stay consistent.
An injury forced me to slow down and rebuild from the ground up, both physically and mentally. That experience taught me patience, proper fueling, and how to train smarter, not just harder.
I created TrueFuel to help others avoid the confusion and frustration I went through, and to provide a clear, sustainable approach to nutrition and performance. It’s about fueling with purpose, building real strength, and creating results that actually last.
